We invite you to visit the seminar website to find answers to potential questions. For example, you are all invited for group dinner on the 26th at 19:30 funded by the organizers at the Como en Case Restaurant http://comoencasa.be/
-Registration is for free for students and academics affiliated with a Belgian University and submitted an accepted poster or paper. If you are not affiliated with a Belgian University as an academic or student you will be asked to pay a registration fee of 100 euros, unless you are an invited guest speaker.
- For poster contribution, we will take care of printing all posters at Liege. Just make sure to respect the submission instructions and deadline.
- For those who will spend the night in Liege we invite you to take care about your own reservation that will not be funded by the seminar.
- We plan to publish the poster online for those who would like to give us permission. If you are interested to get your poster online on the seminar website please send us a confirmation email. Don't forget to get an authorization from your supervisor.
- We plan to print a book of abstract like last year entitled : 4th Doctoral Seminar on Sustainability Research in the Built Environment. The book of abstract will be only in printed format and includes only the abstracts.
-If I can not attend partly or fully the seminar activities or cancel your participation, you must notify the organizing committee at least 48 hours before the seminar.starting date (ds2be2017@gmail.com).
