You should be heading to Liège-Guillemins (Luik-Guillemins in Dutch) Central Station. From Liège-Guillemins you should take bus number 48 or 58 direction Sart- Tilman or CHU and step out in Sart-Tilman Amphitheatres Station. From the Amohitheatres Station cross the road (your back to the car parking) and walk down until you find Building 8.
